Jim Angus brings with him over 25 years of experience in finance and the auditing of public companies in both Canada and the USA. As a partner in one of Toronto’s top mid-tier accounting firms, Jim led a team with the auditing and Ontario Securities Commission filings of its in-house hedge fund as well as assisted numerous companies with their reverse-take-over transactions. He works closely with some of Toronto’s top tier law firms in these go public transactions as well as the sourcing of financing required to close some of these transactions. For the past 15 years, Jim has been in private practice assisting clients with tax planning strategies and working with CPAB and PCAOB compliant auditors on various go public situations. Jim has been very active in assisting many public companies with cash flow projection structures so that they are able to obtain financing. It is these skill sets that will no doubt benefit Conscious Mind Labs as it looks to expand its growth strategies in the psychedelic space.
